Recently I was in prayer and asking God what to do to reach people in Hong Kong and China. There are new challenges that we’ve never faced before.
I believe I heard this phrase rise up in my spirit: “If you want to reach people that have never been reached before, you’re going to have to do things that have never been done before.” (a phrase from one of the Christian leadership teachers)
I frustratingly said to God, “Like what?” I then believe I heard this come up out of my heart:

We will help you launch out into full-time ministry with confidence.
You will be hands-on involved on the front lines in Hong Kong and China, help run missions trips into unreached areas, engage in cross-cultural Church services and take part in diverse team building exercises. All, while you use your unique gifts and talents to further God’s Kingdom on the Earth.
Succeed as an individual, succeed in ministry.
Accelerate the growth of your unique, God-given, gifts and talents by serving in a foreign country.
During your internship, you will be exposed to an entirely new lifestyle and environment that will strengthen and develop your character. You will learn how to navigate social and cultural differences. You will be given freedom and structure. You will be tested and challenged. And most importantly, you will make lasting change in the lives of people who desperately need the Gospel.

– Work 40 hours a week in office and church environments

Qualifications:
– Ministry experience (2 or more years volunteer/paid ministry experience or graduate of 2+ year Bible school)
– Identifiable ministry related skills (music, photography, social media, graphic design, etc…)
Program Requirements:
– 3, 6, 9, or 12 month commitment
– Ability to acquire tickets to arrive in and leave Hong Kong
– Newer phone and laptop (<2 years preferred)
– 2 Ministerial / Pastoral Recommendation Letters
– Consistent tithing and church attendance
– Ability to pass background check
