With God all things are possible
For the first time ever, we had the opportunity to do a three-day
Christian camp in eastern China with an orphanage that cares for abandoned and special needs
children!
Your prayers and support helped enable the doors to be open for this!

In all the children’s camps we’ve done, the purpose has always been to get the children saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. But before the trip, Ptr. Sharmin along with the team realized that they had never seen a special needs child filled with the Holy Spirit before. Can a special needs child pray in tongues?

A few days before the team left for China, Ptr. Sharmin was reading Acts 2:17,
In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.”

Immediately Ptr. Sharmin saw that God said He would pour out His Spirit on ALL people-including special needs children! Faith began stirring in Ptr. Sharmin’s heart and she shared the vision with the team that God WILL pour out His Spirit on these children at the orphanage. This scripture became the foundation that our team stood on in faith for the mute, autistic, blind, and other children at the orphanage to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

By the end of the camp, the team had prayed with every child at the special needs orphanage to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit! The children responded to the Holy Spirit in many different ways. Some of the children laughed in the Spirit, some shook, some who hadn’t spoken before were actually speaking words of praise in Chinese, and others were speaking in tongues!  Praise God!

Many of the team members had never seen or held a special needs child before, but on the trip they were able to feed, love on, and pray with children who were blind, autistic, or had some other physical disability. By the end of the trip the team members expressed how they saw the love of God in a whole new dimension. These precious children, which may have been rejected by the world, are deeply loved by God.

This trip was very successful! So successful that we will be returning next week to hold another children’s Christian camp, but this time for the children in the neighboring villages! Praise God for this open door!
Thank you for your prayers and support! Prayer will especially be needed in the upcoming weeks during the children’s camp.
We’re so thankful for you and we’re keeping you in our prayers!Through you we are changing the nation of China one child at a time!
Much love,
