Summer Recap: Two Can’t-miss Stories From Inside China
A sixteen year-old boy named Arthur has attended our China Missions Summer Camp nearly every summer for half of his life. But this year was different. This time he came as a leader—not just to receive, but to minister to other children who’ve never once heard the name of Jesus. And he did just that! As a young Chinese man, he made a powerful impact on the next generation of unreached people in China! This is what FFM is all about!
Arthur was at a crossroads in his life. Many youth his age are pressured to pursue a well-paying job after earning a university degree. However, with tears, Arthur shared that at this year’s camp, God spoke to him and gave him a calling to lead children in China to Jesus!
Hundreds of Bible study devotional books were personally delivered to one of the most influential churches in southeast China, last August!
What made this trip special is that the US pastor who wrote the devotional book 40 Days: A Journey Toward a Deeper Relationship with Christ, also led this missions team with his church members from Atlanta, Georgia, to personally deliver the book to the believers. This book was translated by FFM, printed in Hong Kong, and taken into China by our China Missions team.
This not only blessed the Chinese believers, but was the culmination of a dream God gave this pastor and church in the USA, to have their incredible devotional reach the hands of believers in China. It is our heart’s desire to help fellow pastors and partners accomplish the dreams God has given them for their church and for China.
The mission that you, our partners, and FFM have chosen to carry together is simple: to evangelize and disciple the next generation of unreached Chinese people. And it is happening!
